Everything that can ever be known appears within your frame of awareness.
Not just the world — even your own body.
Your body appears in awareness.
Your mind appears in awareness.
Your thoughts, emotions, senses, memories, desires — all of it shows up as an appearance inside the space of awareness.
And just like every appearance, the body will disappear.
The mind will disappear.
Its content — every belief, idea, memory — will vanish the moment the body dissolves.
Nothing of the mind survives outside the body because the mind is a function of the body, appearing in awareness.
This is why:
Nothing is conceivable without your awareness of it.
You cannot know a world without awareness.
You cannot know a sense without awareness.
You cannot know your body, your mind, your past, or even the idea of “another person” without awareness.
Once this is seen, it becomes almost absurd that it was ever confused.
Just imagine the five senses — sight, sound, smell, taste, touch — without awareness.
It’s impossible.
It’s stupid.
Senses without awareness are nothing.
This is the shock:
Everything you call “experience” is nothing but awareness playing as sensation.
The world is not outside you.
It is inside your field of knowing.
Whatever appears, appears as itself because of your awareness of it. A tree is a tree only because awareness is illuminating that appearance. A thought is a thought only because awareness is beholding it. Remove awareness, and everything collapses into an unnameable, unfathomable space.
That space — before mind, before body, before perception — is the deeper reality.
It cannot be penetrated further.
It cannot be divided.
It cannot be described.
It is so deep, yet so near, that it is overlooked.
It is not something you reach.
It is what you already are.
You are not beliefs.
You are not the mind.
You are not the body.
You are not the story.
You are not anything that comes and goes.
You are the awareness in which all things come and go.
See this clearly and you will understand the true meaning of “You are the source,” not in a mystical or poetic sense, but in the most literal and undeniable way:
Without you — the awareness — nothing exists.
With you — the awareness — everything appears.
You are the indivisible reality.
You are the ground.
You are the light behind all appearances.
You are not make-belief.
You are power itself.
Without me, nothing exists for me. Only what is present to awareness is real. Everything else is a story appearing now in awareness. I am the absolute reality for myself, the rest are illusions — same way I am an illusion for other beings
